Louise Bahia Artistry, founded in 2007, by Louise Bahia Thompson, features the creative, artistic stylings of Louise Bahia. This firm is professionally managed by her mother, Valerie Thompson-Hall, with the assistance and support of the Business Management and Marketing Divisions of Vitual Technology Solutions, of Dunn, NC.
Louise Bahia, is a child prodigy, with 14 years of experience in mastering various forms of her craft, including the following preferred mediums: Pencil – charcoal, graphic, lead, sepia; Pen & Ink, Oil, Acrylic and Watercolor. She adds to this natural talent, 1.5 years of formal training via the Art Institute, thus ensuring the experience and skills necessary to successfully lead and direct the timely execution of artistic projects.
She has won numerous art awards, her artwork has been featured in a children’s story book, local newspapers, and most recently she was commissioned to paint a wall- sized sports mural, which she donated, for the Dunn Police Athletic League, located in Dunn, NC. See "News & Events" page.
Louise Bahia, now 19 years old, is currently a sophomore, pursuing a bachelors degree in Art Education at UNC-Asheville, that will allow her to start her career as art teacher for creative students. She will also continue as the featured artist of her firm, Louise Bahia Artistry.
